Huma Siddiqui, whose White Jasmine company sells spice blends online, introduced her newest spice blend, Tandoori Masala, a 13-spice mix that includes chile powder, sea salt, turmeric and lemon peel.
  She uses it on burgers and grilled chicken, plus more exotic recipes that are detailed online. It also can be mixed into potato salad and soups, egg salad and stews. The cost of the spice blend is $7.99 for 8 ounces.
